Lisa Eardley Brame was formerly educated at Arizona State University (ASU) holding a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies in: Dance Choreography and Business. Lisa also has graduate work in Dance Choreography and Special Education. She continues to stay current in the dance and performing arts industry and is a working Choreographer. Lisa enjoys the full spectrum of dance education and at an early age fell in love with the performance arts. As a child Lisa was an elite gymnast, acrobat, contortionist and also trained in vocals. She transitioned into classical ballet, and was accepted into the youth ballet company Ballet Etudes, at age eleven. In addition to classical ballet, Lisa trained in traditional jazz and tap dance, and musical theatre. Lisa was awarded scholarships to continue her training in university from several Universities: Marymount Manhattan College NY, Texas Christian University, and Ohio State University. Lisa stayed in Arizona to continue teaching her dance students and received her formal dance choreography and technique education at ASU. Lisa has performed on land, sea, and abroad, in dance and musical theatre. Lisa has received countless choreography excellence and entertainment awards, and her pieces have been selected and performed internationally in more than 18 countries on more than 4 continents.
In 1999, Lisa opened Elite Dance & Performing Arts (EDPA), and for seven years it was one of Arizona's Top Dance Studios and the first freestanding state-of-the-art dance studio in the Phoenix, Arizona area. During these seven years, numerous awards were given for Lisa’s talent of choreography and display of technical excellence (especially ballet) with her students and pre-professional company, Elite Dance Force. Community choreographic collaborative projects and performances were among the moments that created a unique experience for her dancers, families, and company members. Lisa has also been giving back to the dance community for over 20 years as a national level judge/adjudicator, and travels throughout each dance season for these opportunities.
Lisa has always stayed connected to the dance industry as a choreographer and technique instructor. She has set works at several reputable academies and companies (Arizona Youth Ballet, Arizona Ballet, Dance Connection, and Club Dance), and has been invited to instruct master classes and create production choreography throughout America and around the world. Since 2013, Ms. Lisa has been choreographing and instructing at the world renowned Master Ballet Academy (MBA) under the direction of Slawomir Wozniak and Irena Wozniak. Lisa successfully created the Youth Division at Master Ballet Academy bringing in more than 150 new students and in 2017, Lisa, along with Albert Blaise Cattafi, spearheaded the Master Ballet Academy Performance Company (MBAPC). Lisa has been on MBA Faculty and choreographed for soloists, ensembles, and production pieces for their annual Spring Show. Lisa has also assisted with the Phoenix Ballet Nutcracker auditions and production since 2015. Through her work at Master Ballet Academy, Lisa has worked with reputable dancers as choreography and technique coach. Lisa's soloists continue to achieve top marks in Youth American Grand Prix (YAGP) and at National level ballet competitions.
In 2019 Lisa and her family moved to Australia and are proud permanent residents now in South Australia. She toured with Starpower International Talent Competition as Australia's regional director in training and enjoyed working with the dancers at the Australian Dance Festival. In the Central Coast of NSW Lisa helped to develop an Elite Program for JB Dance and then in Adelaide, SA she spearheaded Term 1 programming (dance and performing arts) for GWB Entertainment as Creative Manager of GWB Studios.
